Missing Persons/Locates
Decision Resource
is experienced in finding the witness that has disappeared or the individual
that needs to be located for a variety of reasons. Decision Resource also
locates collateral items, such as vehicles, boats, etc. for financial
institutions.
In Depth Interviews
Interviews are conducted
with rapport, with an emphasis on the need for detailed information. Interviews
are recorded if requested and permitted by the witness. In-person interviews
are recommended but telephone interviews are also
provided.
Surveillance
Surveillance can be one of the more
challenging tasks a private investigator engages in. Dan performs all
surveillance himself and if a multiple vehicle surveillance is needed all
investigators are licensed and supervised on location by Dan. Video
documentation is available on most surveillance's.
Asset
Checks
Assets can be located for attorneys, insurance companies or with
court order documentation. Assets located are generally real estate, vehicles,
boats, planes and personal property. Decision Resource does not attempt to
locate bank accounts!
Disability Updates/ Dependent Status
Reports
Individuals receiving disability income or survivors benefits
can be contacted for the insurance carrier to determine status.
Workers' Compensation Reports
Structured Workers'
Compensation interviews are available. These are performed in person at the
claimants location or if specifically requested can be done on the telephone.
If the claimant is represented, the interviews can be obtained at the claimant's attorney's
office. Interviews note claimant's physical appearance, any obvious
restrictions and any "red flags" that may indicate additional investigation is

Dan Corum, owner and
founder of Decision Resource began investigating in 1967 as an insurance
investigator and worked as an insurance investigator in the Portland area, as
well as throughout Oregon and Washington for over 30 years. In 1998 he founded
Decision Resource to serve the Portland, Oregon area as well as national
clients.
Dan supervised other investigators for 17 years and began
training other investigators after 10 months on the job. He completed various
investigative training courses to add to his on the job training during his
years of investigating in the Portland, Oregon area.
A Decision
Resource representative is available to discuss your request over the phone or
meet with you in person, as is your desire. Investigator contracts can be
mailed or faxed.

Decision Resource has access to the top national and local
data bases and public records. Although many of today's investigations are
completed without ever leaving the office, Dan was trained before the use of
the computer was common and still finds that field work and face to face
contact is sometimes the most productive.
Although Decision Resource
specializes in locating hard to find individuals, recorded statements and
interviewing with rapport, many other investigative services are offered at
competitive rates.
When clients have doubts, questions or simply want to
know what really happened, Decision Resource attempts to provide an answer.
